Alert - Error in the Skan-code

Post by Graveller » Jan Tue 14, 2020 4:43 am

I did set up the AO Skan today but when I enter my team, I get error messages that I did not enter a name, ranking or WTA/ATP selection!

To be on the safe side: thr Provisional Graveller Team:

The Skandalous Selektion
1. N. Djokovic
2. N.Osaka
3. S.Williams
4. D.Medvedev
5. D.Shapovalov
6. Belinda Bencic

Some work for Ace in the coming hours (it failed on firefox; going to try another browser.

Oh no.. what is this?
Well, folks, post your provisional team here. Can't do much right now since I am at work. I'll take a look later.

I feel guilty... over the last 3-4 years, I always started the Skan on monday... but yesterday I was too lazy, and now it turns out that here is an issue.

I could have seen it yesterday if I had been a bit more disciplined.

I am surprised. I just made a quick check. There is no data coming from the submission form. :( That's what it's complaining about. Can't see the player's name, the tour, the seed, the team name, etc... nothing coming through the pipe.
We haven't touched that page since the last slam. So what changed?? Maybe php version from the host ... But that happened when we had that hacker attack a couple of months ago. ...hmmmm .. but the PDgame page submission works... it's all the same functionalities ... I don't get it. Hate stuff like this... I will be travelling tomorrow so only have tonight to figure it out... :(

I did the set-up exactly as I have always done... It all looked OK until submission of my team.

Arghh - thanks for noticing and hoping it's an easy fix for Ace.
go firmly to the window
and listen with deep emotion,
but not with the whining, the pleas of the coward;
listen-your final pleasure-to the voices,
to the exquisite music of that strange procession
