Why? She is a big girl. If she was not playing tennis, chances are she'd fit in her mom's clothes at this age. She is never going to get the flat Azarenka post-pregnancy mid section. She is at the best her body type can allow. And she's accepted that. She has no problem showing it.
Don't hate the body God gave you. Or you'll be depressed of life long.
