NOVAK'S Visa AppealGood news from France: France about to introduce the obligation for professional athletes do be fully vaccinated from next month onwards. Program for Novak in 2022: Indian Wells - not allowed Miami - not allowed Monte Carlo - not allowed Roland Garros - not allowed Cincinnati - not allowed USopen - not allowed. Question: will Novax be in the top 10 by the end of year? "Never argue with an idiot - they take you down to their level and then beat you on experience" "Don't wrestle with a pig: you both get dirty, but the pig actually likes it" Re: NOVAK'S Visa AppealThe Supreme just knocked down vaccine mandates for businesses. Will see what happens, this was a black eye for tennis association.
Re: NOVAK'S Visa AppealFRENCH OPEN "The rule is simple. The vaccine pass will be imposed, as soon as the law is promulgated, in establishments that were already subject to the health pass," the ministry said. "This will apply to everyone who is a spectator or a professional sportsperson. And this until further notice. "Now, as far as Roland Garros is concerned, it's in May. The situation may change between now and then and we hope that it will be more favourable. So we'll see, but clearly there's no exemption." __________________________ Sounds like concessions will be made.
Re: NOVAK'S Visa Appeal“Resentment, born of weakness, harms no one more than the weak person himself.” ― Friedrich Nietzsche, Ecce Homo ______________ “It is the business of the very few to be independent; it is a privilege of the strong. And whoever attempts it, even with the best right, but without being OBLIGED to do so, proves that he is probably not only strong, but also daring beyond measure. He enters into a labyrinth, he multiplies a thousandfold the dangers which life in itself already brings with it; not the least of which is that no one can see how and where he loses his way, becomes isolated, and is torn piecemeal by some minotaur of conscience. Supposing such a one comes to grief, it is so far from the comprehension of men that they neither feel it, nor sympathize with it. And he cannot any longer go back! He cannot even go back again to the sympathy of men!” ― Friedrich Nietzsche, Beyond Good and Evil
Re: NOVAK'S Visa AppealAustralia's leaders are blaming a COMPUTER for signing off on Novak Djokovic's visa - while politicians and bureaucrats escape all blame On Monday, key government ministers continued to return serve on who was at fault, as Victorian state deputy premier James Merlino demanded answers. Mr Merlino revealed the Victorian state had asked the federal government who had signed off on authorising the star's travel permit, and added: 'It's a fair question.' Treasurer Josh Frydenburg's only explanation for why the tennis legend was granted a visa in the first place was that it was a 'computer-generated process'. And Home Affairs Minister Karen Andrews sideswiped the debate and insisted that a government-issued visa does not guarantee entry to Australia. Treasurer Frydenburg said the high volume of Australian visa applications means the system was computerised and that was why the star had been given the all clear to fly in. 'We get lots of visas,' he told Seven's Sunrise show. 'There's a computer generated process. 'It relies on the applicant putting in what they believe are their conditions. He said that he had a legitimate exemption. But that wasn't the case.' He added: 'He got on a plane because he came to Australia with the visa which wasn't based on what would be an acceptable entry requirement. 'That's what was tested at the border, and that's why ultimately, he was not allowed to stay in Australia.' Home Affairs Minister Karen Andrews blamed the star for not being able to produce the paperwork he needed to back up his claim of a medical exemption when it was requested on his arrival. But Ms Andrews admitted the process - where stars applied to Tennis Australia for a medical exemption and then the state for a travel permit and then the government for a visa - was fraught with problems. 'We have a multi layered approach to border entry in Australia,' she told Nine's Today show on Monday. 'We saw that work out reasonably well. 'Look, I've acknowledged that there were there were some issues around the timing of the interview process. Clearly we'll look at that.' Ms Andrews added: 'The visa application processing and the granting of a visa, they're actually quite separate to the ultimate entry into Australia. 'Just because you have a valid visa does not guarantee you will be able to enter Australia, you also have to meet the entry requirements. 'And that was the issue that Border Force was dealing with at the border.' Re: NOVAK'S Visa AppealNow THIS I can get behind! It's letting Novak and others know upfront that without vaccine proof, you won't be playing there. The AO did not do this, and they allowed him to go there, and they reneged on its values.
Re: NOVAK'S Visa AppealAustralia's rule even TODAY: https://www.health.gov.au/initiatives-a ... iderations Vaccination after testing positive for COVID-19 People who have had COVID-19 can be vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccination can be deferred for up to 6 months as past infection reduces the chance of reinfection for at least this amount of time. There is no requirement to delay vaccination. People might choose to be vaccinated if they: are significantly immunocompromised and may be at greater risk of getting COVID-19 again have a job that requires them to be vaccinated have a job that puts them at greater risk of being exposed to COVID-19. People should delay vaccination until they have recovered from the acute illness. If a patient tests positive for COVID-19 between their first and second doses, or between their second and booster dose, the patient should delay next dose until they have recovered from the acute illness. People with prolonged symptoms from COVID-19 beyond 6 months should be vaccinated on a case by case basis. Temporary exemptions Vaccinations may reasonably be temporarily deferred for individuals with some acute major medical conditions (e.g. undergoing major surgery or hospital admission for a serious illness). Typically, these are time-limited conditions (or the medical treatment for them is time limited) and therefore temporary exemptions are considered appropriate. These exemptions are only to be given where a suitable alternative COVID-19 vaccine is not readily available for the individual; all COVID-19 brands must be selected on the medical exemption (IM011) form. • For an mRNA COVID-19 vaccines this includes: Inflammatory cardiac illness within the past 6 months, e.g., myocarditis, pericarditis, endocarditis; acute rheumatic fever or acute rheumatic heart disease (i.e., with active myocardial inflammation); or acute decompensated heart failure • For all COVID-19 vaccines: ATAGI recommends that vaccination can be deferred in those with PCRconfirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection until complete recovery from the acute illness (which may be up to 6 months), regardless of disease severity. Chronic symptoms following COVID-19 ("Long COVID”) is not a contraindication to COVID-19 vaccines, but does warrant a clinical discussion with the patient. • For all COVID-19 vaccines: Serious adverse event attributed to a previous dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and without another cause identified. More information is available in ATAGI's Expanded Guidance on temporary medical exemptions for COVID-19 vaccines. Re: NOVAK'S Visa AppealWhite liberals just see the vaccine as a badge of honor and superiority. The fact that it doesn't work is frustrating to them but their arrogance won't let them change.
Re: NOVAK'S Visa AppealIncorrect: I see it as evidence of superior intelligence. % of vaccinated people in Flanders: approx. 95%: ratio vaccinated-unvaccinated is this 95-5 If the vaccine developed on the original strain (so obviously less performant after 2 years of mutations) would not work, you would also see a 95-5 ratio in ICU. Actual ratio in ICU: 15-85... so 85% of people in ICU are unvaccinated (and it should be 5% if the vaccine did not work) So you keep on demonstrating your intellectual inferiority on a daily basis. ps: where are your facts that it does not work? please give a link to a paper with statistical analysis between groups of vaccinated and unvaccinated people that got exposed. If it is a fact (as you claim), there must be evidence. Looking forward to read that paper/report.
