Players such as Stefanos are just mad they weren't as smart as Nole in avoiding the jab.

But Nole was not smart enough to mention a quick trip to Spain on his declaration, so we all know he tried to hide it…

Yeah, I guess he tried to hide a visit to some Spanish doctor just before a Slam…. 😂😂

Spain’s interior ministry informed Politico that they are not investigating whether the men’s world No 1 over entering the country while unvaccinated last month.

“The news is false. Neither the government has ordered it nor is there any police investigation open on the athlete,” a spokesperson told Politico.

Plus, how many Russians and others do you think actually presented real proofs of vaccination when it's so easy to buy fake ones?

I was more reffering to a Dr.Fuentes-type of doctor… not surprised it went over your head- not the sharpest tool in the toolbox it seems

by the way: do you know how much I had to pay for a vaccination certificate? Nothing 😂😂..

Interesting. Is the USTA a 'large business'?

The Supreme Court on Thursday blocked President Joe Biden's vaccine and testing requirement aimed at large businesses, but it allowed a vaccine mandate for certain health care workers to go into effect nationwide.

Australia is being political, biased, spiteful, petty and draconian. Would they have done this to Fed....or even to Juicy? Doubtful.

Australia, complete and utter trash!!!

Simply playing games because their entire authoritarian reign under the guise
of health and safety is in peril with Djokovic being permitted to compete.

Djokovic judge’s ‘near deportation’ moment

Judge Anthony Kelly, who presided over tennis star Novak Djokovic’s visa cancellation case, once had his own run-in with border police in the United States.

And the solution suggests Judge Kelly might have had some sympathy for one of the issues in the Djokovic case – the fact the tennis champion left it to someone else to fill out an immigration form.

It was 2011, and Judge Kelly had flown to Houston from London and was pulled up by a Homeland Security official who couldn’t understand the writing on his arrivals card, leading to a “Texan stand-off”.

The story, which was relayed by Law Institute of Victoria president Belinda Wilson when Judge Kelly was sworn in as a Federal Circuit Court judge in February 2017, was typical of the gentle roastings that are part of such ceremonies.

Ms Wilson said Judge Kelly’s career had “variously included collapses, derailments and explosions, outbreaks, revocations and misrepresentations – and a near deportation”.

‘Illegible’ handwriting
“The latter relates to Your Honour’s alleged – and I tread lightly here given it is a source of some sensitivity – imperfect handwriting that once completely flummoxed a US Homeland Security officer at Houston airport.

“After an overnight flight from London with Jonathan Beach, QC, now Justice Beach of the Federal Court of Australia, during the exhaustive litigation over the Esso/Longford gas explosion, Your Honour wearily handed an immigration landing card to the officer, who instantly returned it.

“He ‘claimed’ the handwriting was illegible and asked Your Honour to complete another card, a request that not even Your Honour’s renowned advocacy skills could persuade [him against].

“A Texan stand-off brewed until Your Honour’s instructing solicitor, Mark Dobbie, completed a new card, and entry to – rather than deportation from – the US was gained.”

On Monday, Judge Kelly ordered that Djokovic be released from detention after an all-day hearing. He had earlier rejected a request by the Minister for Home Affairs, Karen Andrews, to delay the hearing until Wednesday.

While it was not part of the court case, it has emerged that Djokovic had incorrectly said he had not been in any other country in the 14 days before he flew to Australia. He called it an “honest mistake” – he was in Serbia and Spain in that time – that had been made by his agent, who had filled out the form.

Grounds to cancel

The “misleading information” admission not only gave Immigration Minister Alex Hawke another ground to cancel Djokovic’s visa, it led to Spain saying it would investigate whether he had a vaccination exemption or certificate when he entered the country in late December.

Djokovic is not a freedom fighter, he’s a global problem
The judge’s welcome ceremony also featured a speech by the Victorian Bar Association president, Jennifer Batrouney, QC, which told of how Judge Kelly had bought his wife a racehorse for her birthday that went on to win some prestigious races.

Ms Wilson also made much of his alumni from St Kevin’s College, Toorak, which she said had “included Plucka Duck, the man in the costume behind the segment of the former TV show Hey Hey It’s Saturday”.

Ms Wilson said the judge, who was renowned for handling complex commercial cases, was highly regarded by his peers.

She said one person had said he was “one of those seriously smart guys that you can take a problem to, and he will analyse it from a factual level and a legal level, and he’ll apply the existing principles and then ask the important questions”.

“And like a constitutional lawyer, says another, Your Honour will dig and dig until one can dig no further.”

He lied on his visa application. Doesn’t matter who filled it. HE signed it. One rule for all. If I make a mistake on a form to get into Australia or USA, I do not get in. I expect everyone to be treated the same. Being able to hit against a ball is no reason for exemption.

I had it with special treatment for the rich. ONE RULE FOR ALL!!!
