Parma: SERENA
Serena Williams has changed her plans for her French Open preparations after a first-up loss at the Italian Open on Wednesday. Williams crashed out at the first hurdle in Rome, her first match in nearly three months since her semi-final defeat at the Australian Open. On Thursday, the 39-year-old and coach Patrick Mouratoglou announced that Williams will now play at the Emilia-Romagna Open in Parma, an event they had originally planned on skipping. "Change of plans," Mouratoglou tweeted. "Serena hasn't been competing for a while, and we want to get as many matches under our belt as possible before Roland-Garros. "So we're adding the Emilia-Romagna Open to our schedule. "We’ll be back in action next week." Last edited by Grossefavourite on May Tue 18, 2021 8:35 am, edited 1 time in total.

Re: Parma Event Next Week: SERENASerena won but, but, but......she's is out of sync by a mile. Re: Parma Event Next Week: SERENAVenus has no confidence. She gives herself numerous opportunities and then right on cue crumbles away. It would be easier to watch if she simply had no game at all. It’s painful to see glimpses of her brilliance followed by unspeakable nonsense. Re: Parma Event Next Week: SERENAYou're right about her confidence, when you can't get thru the first round, it's hard to believe in your game I'll always love Venus, but you seen great players quit the game because they stop believing they can win. Re: Parma: SERENAShould have grabbed #24 before having a baby. But, hey, maybe it happened the way God wrote it. So, All the blessing, lady.
