Great athlete, unlike Marion Bartoli.

Can't recall a male player staging a comeback.

Boris Becker coming back would be a suicide.

Two words: Bad idea
Why do you say that? I think she has a legitimate shot at a winning some titles. Look at grandma Serena making finals as a part time player.
I am simply not excited by this news. Two/three years ago, it would have made more sense, but now? The next generation has arrived and in 2020 they will be too good for her (I hope).
And if not, she makes a mockery out of WTA. Imagine her winning a slam (or two). It's like saying to every slam-winner of the last 8 years: "put an asterisk behind your slam title(s): you only won because I did not feel like playing"...

I hear the haters already on all fora... no, best thing for WTA is that Clijsters does not get close to any important final. She retired, is even in the HOF (for which you need to be retired for 5 years), and it should stay that way. I bet she may even steal an Olympic ticket from an active Belgian player.. Ugh...

Let us see what happens in the next 4 months; maybe her body gives up already before playing a first event.
"Never argue with an idiot - they take you down to their level and then beat you on experience"

"Don't wrestle with a pig: you both get dirty, but the pig actually likes it"

It's not her fault that a lot of WTA competitors are mentally fragile.

Thank You!

If Kim comes back and kicks butt, good on her!
Cue to others to step it up or get out of her way.

Without a slew of WCs, she cannot make it and she's 'eligible' for unlimited WCs because she's deemed a former 'top player.'
