Wimby Day 1 OOP, 7/1/19Naomi with a chance to break, blew such at 30-40 with a backhand volley missed wide and badly at the net. Game point won by Yulia on another backhand error into the net.... Killing her own momentum, she hasn't done a thing since. So, according to her at least being happy is the saving grace. Re PGames and fmKO, thanks.... Nice game....... lst serve does a lot of damage, covers the court well and her ground game is not sloppy with careless errors like you see with Ostapenko, Sabalenka and some others. Plays like Venus with the way she comes forward and presses the matter, finishing with volleys for points. Knows how to construct points and redirects, nicely. Takes the lst set from Venus, 6-4, who loses the set, as usual, by hitting the ball into the net.
