What I want to see more than anything w/Wimbledon
and beyond is an aggressive Venus! She has become far too passive. If she still possessed her once incredible movement becoming a player in the vein of Sloane would be tolerable. However, being so passive added to her decreased mobility and technique that has appeared to broken down on nearly every shot...it’s sad to watch. I like that she has added more spin to her forehand over the past few years, yet, when tentative, everything falls short and begs to be hit away for a winner. At this point I’d prefer her to be an Ostapenko, hit everything and see what happens!

Yes, and I wish she'd stop because she doesn't need it. I've been noticing these ridiculously over sized lips and look hard. And too much makeup. She looks so young and fresh without all that. Venus too appears to be plumping the cheeks from time to time and that too doesn't look good at all.

I agree. She looked fine without any of that nonsense. I'm wondering if it is because
of her Hollywood celebrity friends that she feels the need to do those things.

Wasn't sure about Venus.

I'm all for doing whatever you feel makes you happy in looking your best, but I think
when so many of these celebrities go the plastic surgery route too soon it actually
makes them look older while trying to look younger.
