If it were really that big of a deal, it would have been addressed years ago. Fact is that you have pros and cons for both. Speak of fairness and women will get knocked for having to do less overall work in playing an extra set in order to win. Conversely, the men get more leeway with slow starts. Obviously playing that extra set allows extra time for players to find their game.
