I still would not be taking anything for granted if I were him.

Get well soon Novak! :(

My Skan-guy Medvedev now the favorite to get into the final (I told you that you cannot assume that two of the big 3 will reach the final: a skan-team without them can work :-)

(unfortunately for me, replacing them by Thiem and Goffin did not work for me. Maybe Zverev was a better option)

LOL LOL. Are you serious? Djokovic got injured. It's not like he played the full match and lost. ... Any player can get injured any time. We don't build the teams thinking Goffin or Medevedevdevdev might get injured. :) :) We select the players on the assumption that they are healthy and will play their full potential. It's rare to get it wrong with the big-3.

Oh boy, if Zverev the blonde hope of the ATP loses today, he'll morph into Godzilla and crush New York City under foot.

Rojay's luck can't seem to stop:

There is a new troll in Central Park and his name is Daniil Medvedev. The Russian’s shocking heel turn has been the most entertaining story of the tournament. He has embraced the role of the villain, and is feeding off the electric US Open crowds. Things might get ugly on Tuesday, as Wawrinka is a fan-favorite and should have overwhelming crowd support. This matchup promises to be drama filled, as both competitors are struggling physically. Medvedev’s body is finally breaking down after his grueling summer. Meanwhile, Wawrinka was reported feeling sick after his match against Djokovic, and cancelled his Monday-morning press conference with the Swiss media.
