Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime......18 year old future tennis champion for the men. Will be top-10 in the near future and will stay there.... Noticed him during the lead-up events to IW, playing events in South America. 6'3 with weapons, nice serve, but needs improvement around the net and weight. Weight will come with age. Born on the same day as Roger Federer, but that has nothing to do with his talent. Once Roger, Rafa, Novak and the rest of their generation, a fantastic era for the men, leave the game, the next generation (Thiem, Alex Z, Nick, Coric, etc.) is unimpressive. But, this kid could lead the next generation for the men w/o question.

Family-wise, saw a brief video on the ATP website. He has a sister that looks like him and who also plays tennis. There is another youthful looking person in the video, sitting at the table as they were having dinner as a family, who does look like the father in the video. In the video Felix introduces his sister, but not the other youthful-looking person (half-brother(?). However, I see no resemblance between Felix and his sister with their parents, (his father, Sam, is originally from the West African nation of Togo and who is also a tennis coach and taught Felix to play tennis at the age of 5) leading me to believe he and his sister were adopted, or from a mixed marriage. Could be wrong, tho'........

Reached his lst ATP 500 final at this year's Rio. Currently, he's whipping Tsitsipas, winning the lst set and leading 3-1 in the 2nd. Nice, young talent with a significantly promising future.....

Yes, Felix played very well today. I love Tsisi, but Felix knows how to play him since their junior days (3-0)!!

My baby Sascha is on now  and he almost tanked that first set!!

BTW, Murray had the hip surgery and is pain free. He hopes to play doubles at Wimbledon. I wish him luck!!

Sascha must have that same virus Serena has. I guess horrendous wild fires then torrid rains causes a lot of pollen and spores in the air. Bad news for anyone with respiratory issues!!

Plus, he looked really slim, even for him!! Get well, Sascha!!

Felix tried
