AO Website

I wonder how much money the AO spent in order to make their website and the online user experience the worst imaginable.

Congratulations on successfully reaching for the bottom. Well done!

Not!

:shock:
go firmly to the window
and listen with deep emotion,
but not with the whining, the pleas of the coward;
listen-your final pleasure-to the voices,
to the exquisite music of that strange procession

Unbelievable. They make the mistake as many do in not having real users, in this case tennis fans, test it.

I seriously can't with their website. The first day, I thought I had clicked a wrong link.

You won't know who's about to serve until after the first point of the next game. So you think a player is up a break when in fact they're on serve.

They are building those sites for the cellphones. That's why they need all those huge characters. Getting worse and worse.

Inexcusable. You can always find people and cheaply to render an opinion on your website or app. People love to criticize and will even do it for free. I'm sure, had they reached out to tennis fans, they would've gotten a ton of willing participants.

You don't think they did that? They are not that stupid, my friend.
maybe we are in the minority. :)
Or what demography did they ask? See? they did their surveys, and got the results they wanted.
