Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if she beat them all.

Could be a good boost for her QF event for the US Open.

And who knows; maybe she finally wins her second slam - 13 years after winning her first in 2004

(Ps: Meldonium-enhanced slams do not count)

There's still two wildcards available. I wonder who they'll go to.

Give one to Serena. Even 8 month pregnant, she can win the whole thing... LOL

Whoever this girl is practicing at Stanford at the moment is built like a brickhouse......lol.. None of that scrawny, pencil-stick nonsense for her. Good to see.... Don't like her coach, tho'...... Mechanical and robotic, probably out of Florida....

Bellis just finished prior to her appearance.

Claire Liu, 17 year old who recently won Junior Wimbledon, gets one of the two remaining wildcards.

Watching Osaka practice via the Stanford stream. Irritating for it's buffering like mad. Never buffered this much in the recent past.... Now, IMG is the owner....

#ed_op#i#ed_cl#Osaka's practice session has ended. Now, I understand why her net game is the pits and butchers sitters inside the service line......doesn't work on any of it. Strictly baseline bashing with a serve. Coach should be replaced, daddy is there and hasn't a clue. #ed_op#/i#ed_cl##ed_op#br#ed_cl#
