C'MON, Veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Amazing final set. The tension was through the roof. All credit to Sloane. She played absolutely amazing. The way she was constructing the points was awesome. She was really consistent and broke Venus down. Venus ran out of gas in the end especially after those two amazing points by Sloane to get the final break. I'm happy. A next gen American woman will win a grand slam on Saturday and that's incredible. 1st set.. Venus error error error.. Sloane wins 6-1#ed_op#br#ed_cl#2nd set.. Venus plays clean. no error.. Sloane keeps defending.. no winners. no errors.. loses 6-0#ed_op#br#ed_cl#3rd set.. Venus goes back error mode.. 30+UE... and she loses.#ed_op#br#ed_cl#Can't win a match making 50 UEs when playing someone who is not interested in hitting winners... #ed_op#br#ed_cl#Sloane - 17/27#ed_op#br#ed_cl#Venus - 28/51#ed_op#br#ed_cl#Kerber, Svitolina, Sloane, Radwanska, Kasatkina, etc.. you give them 50 UES, you will run out of luck ... Because they are not giving them #ed_op#br#ed_cl#back. LOL LOL LOL. Sorry.#ed_op#br#ed_cl##ed_op#br#ed_cl#Sloane is in a run to win her first slams. If Coco or Keys spray, Sloane will take it. Played the 2nd set with clean strikes. But she couldn't keep it up. Sloane played the same game from start to finish. You know what you gonna get. lift the ball up, send it back. No complication. Last edited by Ace2Ace on Sep Fri 08, 2017 10:38 am, edited 1 time in total.
