first player to oust the number 1 ranked player in two consecutive WIMBs?

Peter, Cav, am I nuts?

for the record I never assume he will win any match. I have expectations that he will win them all, but I've been disappointed about 165 times

Do I think he will beat Berdych? Yes. Even if Tommy plays the way he did when he beat Nole in 2010 or Fed at the USO a few years back

Am I confident that he will beat Fed (assume he plays him in the SFs)? No. I'm never confident when the two of them play

Do I think he will beat Raonic if that's his SF opponent? Yes

Like I told you before, a Djokovic - Cilic Wimbledon final would be amazing MUST SEE TV for about 20 million Balkanites, all over the world.

Now having said all of that, with his form over the past 12 months, I do not take anything for granted, but will always believe in him

Sure he can, but he won't be. No way he beats Fed in two consecutive years. Look at it this way, with Murray's loss, the Big 4 all have a chance at the year end number 1 ranking with a win on Sunday. For the first time in a long time, Fed has something to play for, that's important to him (remember his if you're not number 1 who cares what you're ranked, comment)

I believe he beats the confused Canadian in 3, maybe 4. Raonic will not be able to handle the Fed serve, and Fed will be able to break him twice, which will be enough to win.

Fed will actually become number 2 in the world now, when he wins this thing

I have no idea on your question...
all too often the winner in Wimbledon was the #1 so no one did beat him...
