USO Day 4, 9/3/20
Re: USO Day 4, 9/3/20How about Pironkova coming off almost a three year absence from the game and taking out Muguruza.....in straight sets no less. Re: USO Day 4, 9/3/20As a Venus fan I have a visceral reaction to that name! Seriously though, she seemingly reappeared out of no where. I heard she had a baby a few years ago? Interesting to see the number of mothers increasing among active players.
Re: USO Day 4, 9/3/20Yes, she had a son, Alexander, which prompted her "informal" retirement. I am also not too happy to see that name again for the same reason you mentioned above, but nevertheless I am wishing her the best in her comeback. Into round 3 of the Open so not too shabby thus far. |
